Fix Windows 10 Errors 0xc004e016 and 0xc004c003

• Search for slui.exe3 and open it
• Then insert product key and verify activation of Windows

Try an additional slui.exe command also if mentioned solution doesn’t work

• Search for slui.exe 4 and open it
• Again insert product key and confirm Windows activation

Solution 2: Practice command prompts given below

If you are not able to activate Windows yet and use commands given below to fix it,

Open start menu and go to command prompt

Type commands as shown below and hit enter after inserting every command:

• Slmgr/upk
• vbs/cpky
• Slmgr/ckms
• vbs/ckms
• Slmgr/skms localhost

Now close command prompt and try altering the product key or activating Windows 10.

Solution 3: Upgrade Windows 10 again

Before upgrading ensure that you remove all listings of Windows 10 from your PC before you start upgrading Windows.

First do clean reinstallation of Windows 8.1 and sign-in to your Microsoft Account

Type slmgr.vbs/ato into the command prompt to check your Windows 8.1 is activated or not before upgrading.

After that do the same to check activation of Windows 10.
