Methods to Fix – Error 0xc004d307 in Windows



In Windows there are many types of errors that make the PC vulnerable and decrease the performance of the PC. The error code 0xc004d307  in windows is one of them. 

The error 0xc004d307: The maximum allowed number of rearms has been exceeded. 

User face this error when they try SLMGR -REARM” command for more than three times.

So to fix it user needs to modify “SkipRearm” registry key to “1”. And this can be found by going into the location from “Registry editor”.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows

NT/CurrentVersion/SoftwareProtectionPlatform

To go to the above mentioned place follow the below given steps: 

Push “Windows + R” together and a Run dialog will appear. Or simply go to Start, and click Run.
After that type “Regedit”. And then click Ok. A Registry editor window will appear.
Then click on Arrow mark placed left to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE”
And click on arrow mark placed left to “SOFTWARE”.
After that again click on arrow mark placed left to “Microsoft”.
Click on arrow mark placed left to “Windows NT”.
Click on arrow mark placed left to “CurrentVersion”.
Now click on the word “SoftwareProtectionPlatform” not on arrow mark.
Next right click on “SkipRearm” in the right window.
Click on “Modify”.  And change “Value Data” to “1”.
And Restart your PC.

Once the above steps are completed try the command SLMGR-REARM. And check that the error 0xc004d30 is repaired or not. But if not them make use of the Windows Repair tool.
