First thing you need to do is to check whether the problem persist in Safe Mode. Enter into safe mode by pressing and holding Shift key and hit on Restart option. To enter into the Safe mode, press F4 key.

From the Startup tab of System Configuration dialog box hit on Open Task Manager. Now hit on Disable. After this, close the Task Manager. From the Startup tab of System Configuration box hit OK and reboot your PC.
